In my physical education classes at Johnson, students learn techniques to improve their motor skills and coordination, as well as overall physical fitness, through various activities. I design classes to implement a variety of skills and team building activities to make class enjoyable and beneficial for students. Some activities we incorporate in PE class are soccer, basketball, gymnastics, volleyball, badminton, bicycling, roller blading, floor hockey, cardio fitness, and more.
